About The Putney Financial Group

A California-based financial planning and wealth management firm, The Putney Financial Group assists families and individuals. For upwards of two decades, the firm has been providing clients with comprehensive financial planning services. Established by Ray Lent with the goal of developing a firm committed to traditional values and hard work, The Putney Financial Group has established and maintained several long-term client relationships.

This is, in part, due to the high level of personalization and care exhibited by Putney’s team members. The firm demonstrates loyalty and concern for each client. Many of the team members have been working for the firm for decades, and they recognize the importance of fully understanding each client’s personal situation in order to create an effective financial plan. Team members develop personalized plans based on each client’s financial circumstances while always keeping their best interests at the forefront.

To develop an understanding of each client’s needs, team members at The Putney Financial Group set up a two-hour meeting with all new clients. During this time, they examine clients’ financial circumstances and identify and address family issues to help clients attain their financial objectives. Subsequently, staff members lay out a clear path for clients to take in order to become financially independent. They also monitor their progress along this path to ensure that the strategy they have created is effective.
